Pac West Team Spotlight 1: So Cal Coyotes

Big happenings in the desert!
The Palm Springs Coyotes have announced that due to “availability issues “at local Coachella Valley High School stadiums, the first year franchise will take their wide open style of football to The Oaks Athletic Complex, located in San Jacinto, California.
Tom Lewis, the Owner and Head Coach have given us this statement: “It is unfortunate for the team, for the young athletes that had a chance to see a high level of competition right in town. I asked for five Saturdays on local football fields – administrators and coaches acted in what they believed to be in the best interest for their respective schools. Not one High School in the entire valley gave us a chance. I could not allow my team, with all the time, effort and energy displayed at every practice, to be relegated to city parks or other unacceptable locations.”
Lewis has stood by his promise of finding the “best stadium possible” for his Pac-West Football League Team, which will now be known as the SO-CAL COYOTES! “The folks at The Oaks…they WANT our team to come play in their city! And it makes a big difference to the team to be able to build a great relationship with the “football friendly” residents of the Inland Empire!”
So come one and all…it’s only a easy drive from Palm Springs, and attend our league opener at home on April 21st against the Gold Coast Predators!
