Rankings:

#1 So Cal Elite 5-0 (Pac West) – The Elite took out the Spartans 42-12 to maintain the #1 spot as always to be #1 you have to beat number 1 and the next in line to take a shot is the Desert Vipers this coming Saturday.

#2Phoenix Outlaws 7-0 (AZGFL) – The Outlaws defeated the Imperial Valley Knights 28-18 and  are headed to Prescott to face the Wolverines, lets see if the West’s #2 ranked team can overcome  a couple of sluggish wins to keep pace with the Elite.

#3 Santa Clarita Skyhawks 7-0 (Pac West) – The Skyhawks took down the Vipers 38-16 to move to 7-0 on the year all signs point towards a showdown with the Elite at the end of the year but this week they Skyhawks get a week off before taking on the Vipers in the return game in Santa Clarita.

#4 Vegas Trojans 3-0 (WWFL)- The Trojans came back from Utah with a 48-0 victory over the Utah Sting, thus far the Trojans haven’t given up a point the WWFL schedule is a little cloudy but the Trojans hold onto the #4 spot after a dominating win on the road.

#5 Phoenix Phantoms 6-1 (AZGFL)- The Phantoms are arguably the hottest team in the west riding a 6 game win streak with a margin of victory of 45 plus points during that streak a 54-0 drubbing of the Wolverines all but guarantees the Phantoms will receive a 1st round bye in the play offs. Up next the Yuma Sun Devils.

#6 San Diego Hornets 3-0 (Independent/Pac West)- The Hornets move to 3-0 after a 28-12 on the road against the Rams in the first game of a home and home series in back to back weeks. Can they take down the Rams a second straight week and creep closer to getting into the top 5?

#7 Riverside Redskins 5-1 (Independent) – The Redskins have another week to rebound from their first loss at the hands of the Skyhawks, the Redskins still have match ups with the Elite and Hornets that will make waves in the rankings.

#8 Yuma Sun Devils 5-2 (AZGFL)- The Sun Devils came away with a hard fought 12-8 win over the Ravens however this week they are up against the Phantoms who aside from a week 1 set back have been almost flawless.

#9 High Desert Rams 2-3 (Pac West)- The Rams dropped the first game of a back to back series with the Hornets but they get their shot at revenge Saturday as they need to stay ahead of the Spartans for the 3rd and final play off spot in the Pac West.

#10 East LA Spartans 2-5 (Pac West)- The Spartans took a tough loss to the Elite 42-12, they look to rebound and keep pace with the Rams as they take o the debuting Inland Empire Ryders on Saturday.

#11 Compton Panthers 1-2 (WWFL/Independent)- The Panthers were set to play the Vegas Panthers in Vegas this week but at the moment it appears that game was re-scheduled.

#12 Northern Arizona Wolverines 2-5 (AZGFL)- The Wolverines might want to forget about the game against the Phantoms this past weekend and get ready for the Phoenix Outlaws.

#13 Imperial Valley Knights 1-6 (AZGFL)- The Knights put up a fight in a 28-18 loss to the #2 ranked Outlaws and are now getting ready for their rival the East Valley Ravens this upcoming weekend.

#14 Desert Vipers 0-4 (Pac West)- The Vipers were on the wrong side of the of a 38-16 loss against the Skyhawks and this week have to face the #1 So Cal Elite.

#15 East Valley Ravens 0-7 (AZGFL)- The Ravens are much improved and just came up short against the Yuma Sun Devils 12-9, this week they look to finally reach the win column vs the Imperial Valley Knights.

#16 Vegas Hawks 1-3 (WWFL)- The Hawks are 1-3 and just got hammered 62-6 in Utah at the hands of the Zion Lions, as the WWFL schedule is redone we’ll see who they have next.

#17 Vegas Panthers 1-2 (WWFL)- The Panthers have not scored since the start of their regular season, they had a game scheduled this week vs the Compton Panthers but apparently that was rescheduled….

#18 Vegas Steelers 1-2 (WWFL)- The Steelers have regrouped and apparently will be back after a re drafting of the WWFL schedule.

#19 Inland Empire Ryders (Independent)- The Ryders have finally reached game week, up first the East LA Spartans.

#20 Valley Heat 0-3 (Independent)- The Heat even in a part time schedule have struggled mightily lets see if they continue to play this spring or sit out until Fall.
